An historic riverfront Barn and Boathouse were in the perfect location for a residence. Its location in the Flood Plain and on a non-conforming lot, limited additions and necessitated Zoning Board of Appeals and Natural Resources Commission approvals.

The Barn was carefully disassembled and moved inland thirty feet, just out of the Flood Plain. In order to expand the First Floor, an old Shed was joined to the Barn and remodeled into a First Floor Master Suite.
