The only permittable location for a two-car garage was between the Front Door of the House and a raised septic system. The Owners also needed outdoor entertainment areas.

By using retractable screens, the new Carport becomes a screened porch in the summer. It is built into the side of the raised septic system, which is used for access to a rooftop deck with water views in two directions.
