This striking 1890's Colonial lacked informal family spaces and had no connection to the yard or Garage. Rooms were all very separate from each other, and internal circulation was very constricted.

Two small additions provide an Entry Mudroom close to the Garage, and a Family Dining Area adjacent to the Kitchen which opens onto a new Deck and rear Play Yard. The doorways between rooms are wider to improve internal flow. A new fireplace creates a central focus for the long Living Room.
