The Owners wanted a two-car Garage with playroom above, but the only possible location was to the South of the existing house and on the main lawn and play area.

Rather than trying to attach a Garage, a post and beam barn was designed to anchor the yard and to complement the farmhouse style of the house. It contains bays for two cars, storage for yard tools and toys and a spacious playroom that can double as a guest apartment.
