This house came with an unfinished rehearsal space in the Attic that had been used by the local theater group.

The Attic was completely finished and the Stage was restored with professional curtains and scene drops. Modern media equipment, theatrical lighting, side dressing and audio visual rooms, plus a Ticket Booth at the Entry completed transformation of the Attic into a Media Room.
