An abandoned filling station sat next to a popular wine store in Groton's Historic District 1. The Owner wanted to develop a catering and carry-out business that would complement the wine store.

The building remained the same size and shape except for a new connector to the wine store. Trim was added to the front elevation mimicking details found on the larger wine store in order to establish a visual connection between the two storefronts.
