The Owners of this beautifully sited Cape loved the intimate feel of their home, but wanted to add more amenities on the First Floor and expand the size of the Second Floor Bedrooms.

One-story additions were added on three different sides of the house which included a Dining Room, Screened Porch, Mudroom, and Library without dwarfing the core Cape. Three new gables on the Second Floor were added to enlarge the Bedrooms.
