La Provence had the opportunity to expand into a neighboring storefront. This move provided room for additional seating but also meant meeting new health code requirements.

La Provence was able to add badly needed seating, a "broaster" to roast chickens, a new check-out counter, an office for the Owner, storage for catering supplies, as well as meeting the code for new sinks and accessible bathrooms.
