This new house required two separate and unique areas with their own circulation paths: the Family Home and an Office and Yoga Studio. The Owners also wanted a sun filled house while still maximizing views of marshlands to the north.

Two separate Front Entries afford privacy for the Family and access to the Office and Yoga studio. The house was designed as a string of rooms so that all benefit from the northern marshland views and southern sunlight.
