This custom house is set in an historic area of Concord. It had to be built using an existing foundation and set respectfully into a mature landscape. The program included many separate functions, but the scale was limited to 4000 square feet.

We designed the House in the shape of an X. This pattern allowed most of the exterior rooms off the long, unifying hall to get plenty of natural light with unique views of the spectacular grounds. The generous hall also provides overflow space for entertaining.
